FAR : 19” Perforation Export Server Rack

• Design : FAR: 19” Perforation Export Server Rack designed and produced to be the Modular Knock-down System which is very easy to assemble.
• Material : The rack is made of 1.5 mm Electro-Galvanized Steel sheet which is a thick, durable and 100% rustproof material.
• Frame : Vertical Mounted Frame is made of 2.0 mm Electro-Galvanized Steel Sheet which is a thick, durable and 100% rustproof material. It can be adjusted depending on the depth of the rack as requirement. 
• Base : A base of the rack is made of 2.0 mm Electro-Galvanized Steel Sheet and a base for casters is made of 3.0 mm Electro-Galvanized Steel which are thick, durable and 100% rustproof.
• Roof : The roof of the rack can be installed ventilating fan from 1 unit to 6 units. It can be used to put cables through the hole or can be designed as a high-roof. (Optional)
• Light Built-in : The inside of the rack can be installed a PL-7w light and a limit switch and the light will switch on-off automatically when the rear doors is opened and closed. (Optional)
• Front Door : The front door is 5 mm-transparency brown acrylic plastic or 5 mm-Laminated Clear Glass which are thick. It has a seal on the edge of the door. The two sides of the front door are capsule-perforated along the door. The front door has two turn-locks for security and Aluminum hinges. The door can be set to right swing open or left swing open.
• Rear Door : The rear door is capsule-perforated for ventilation. It has Aluminum hinges and turn-locks for security. The door can be set to right swing open or left swing open.
• Bottom Rack : The bottom rack can put cables through the hole and has a slide shutter to protect animals. It can be added a ventilating fan. (Optional)
• Side Panel : The side panel secures with two turn-locks and it is convenient to maintain.
• Hinges : The black hinges of the front-rear door are made of Aluminum which is heavy-duty and 100% rustproof.
• Stands : The rack has four stands which are easy to adjust as requirement.
• Casters : The rack has four casters which are made of White Nylon Six. The casters can turn around 360  degree and load 150 kg/caster.
• Ground System : There is the Ground System all parts of the rack with the earth cable kit.
• Color : the rack is a two-tone (light gray and dark gray) which is coated with powder epoxy by Electro-Static System for strength.
• Accessories : The rack is designed to provide customers with M6 bolts, cage nuts and plastic washers.
• Quality Product Standard : The racks meet quality product standards which are ANSI/EIA-310D-1992 (Rev.EIA-310-C), IEC 60297-1, IEC 60297-2, BS 5954: Part 2, DIN 41494.

คุณลักษณะของ FAR : 19” Perforation Export Server Rack [ เลือกขนาดที่จะใช้ ] (19” RACK CABINET) ยึดอุปกรณ์มาตรฐาน 19 นิ้ว  มีขนาดความกว้าง [600 mm., 800 mm.], ขนาดความลึก [600 mm., 800 mm., 900 mm., 1000 mm.,1100 mm.], ความสูงมีขนาด [15U, 27U, 36U, 39U, 42U,45U]

การออกแบบ

FAR : 19” Perforation Export Server Rack ถูกออกแบบและผลิตเป็นแบบ Modular  knock – down เพื่อความสะดวกในการถอดแยก และประกอบ

วัสดุ

ผลิตจากเหล็ก Electro – Galvanized ความหนา 1.5 mm. ซึ่งมีความแข็งแรง และป้องกันสนิม 100%

เสายึดอุปกรณ์

ผลิตจากเหล็ก Electro – Galvanized ความหนา 2 mm. ซึ่งมีความแข็งแรง และป้องกันสนิม 100% สามารถปรับระยะการติดตั้งตามแนวลึกของตู้ได้

ฐาน

ฐานตู้มีความหนา 2 mm. และฐานล้อมีความหนา 3 mm. ผลิตจากเหล็ก Electro – Galvanized ซึ่งมีความแข็งแรง และป้องกันสนิม 100%

หลังคา

สามารถติดตั้งพัดลม (1×4”,2×4”,3×4”) สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นช่องเข้าสาย หรือถูกออกแบบเป็นหลังคายกสูงพร้อมช่องระบายอากาศแบบ Capsule (กรณีสั่งทำพิเศษ)

ชุดหลอดไฟ

สามารถติดตั้งหลอดไฟ PL 7 w. และ limit switch ซึ่งไฟจะเปิด – ปิด โดยอัตโนมัติ เมื่อเปิด – ปิดประตู (กรณีสั่งทำพิเศษ)

ประตูหน้า

บริเวณส่วนกลางเป็น Plastic Acrylic สีชา ความหนา 5 mm. หรือกระจกนิรภัยความหนา 5 mm. มีขอบยางโดยรอบขอบประตู  มีรูระบายอากาศแบบ  Capsule ด้านข้างทั้ง 2 ข้างของขอบประตูแนวตั้ง พร้อมกุญแจแบบ Turn Lock และบานพับอลูมิเนียมเพื่อความปลอดภัย สามารถติดตั้งให้เปิดปิดได้ทั้งด้านซ้ายหรือด้านขวา

ประตูหลัง

ถูกออกแบบเป็นช่องระบายแบบ Capsule ทั้งฝา พร้อมกุญแจแบบ Turn Lock และบานพับอลูมิเนียมเพื่อความปลอดภัย  สามารถติดตั้งให้เปิดปิดได้ทั้งด้านซ้าย หรือด้านขวา

พื้นตู้ด้านใน

ด้านล่างภายในตู้  มีช่องสำหรับเข้าสายพร้อมแผ่นปิดสามารถปรับระยะได้สำหรับป้องกันสัตว์เข้าไปในตู้ สามารถติดตั้งพัดลมเพิ่มเติม (กรณีสั่งทำพิเศษ)

ฝาข้าง

มีกุญแจแบบ Turn Lock 2 ตัว ซึ่งสะดวกสบายต่อการบำรุงรักษา

บานพับ

ทั้งประตูหน้า  และประตูหลังเป็นบานพับสีดำทำจากอลูมิเนียม เพื่อความแข็งแรงและป้องกันสนิม 100%

ขาปรับระดับ

มี 4 ตัว ซึ่งง่ายต่อการปรับระดับความสูงได้ตามความต้องการ

ล้อ

มี 4 ล้อ จาก Nylon Six สีขาว  สามารถหมุนได้ 360 องศา และรับน้ำหนักได้ล้อละ 150 กิโลกรัม

ระบบกราวน์

ทุกชิ้นส่วนเชื่อต่อถึงกัน ด้วยชุดสาย Earth cable kit.

สี

เป็นสีทูโทน (สีขาวและสีเทาดำ) แบบ Powder Epoxy โดยใช้ระบบ Electro – Static เพื่อความแข็งแรงทนทาน
